At Switched On Electrical Service Ltd, we provide reliable and professional electrical services across Kent, Sussex and the South East. Founded by Steve Meza, a fully qualified electrician with over 20 years of experience, our company was created to raise the standard of electrical work and customer care in the local area.
Steve began his career out of a love for problem solving and hands-on work. Over the years, he noticed too many jobs being completed to a poor standard and too many customers left feeling frustrated. Determined to change that, he started Switched On Electrical to offer an honest and professional alternative, built on integrity, clear communication and genuine pride in the job.
As a family-run business based in Edenbridge, we combine traditional values with modern expertise. Steve leads a small, dedicated team of skilled electricians and trusted subcontractors, all committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding service. Whether we are installing an EV charger, upgrading a fuseboard or completing a full rewire, every project receives the same level of care and attention.
At Switched On Electrical, we believe in doing things properly the first time. Our clients trust us because we are transparent about pricing, respectful of their properties and passionate about what we do. For Steve, it is not just about completing electrical work, it is about building lasting relationships and leaving every customer confident, safe and happy with the results.
We are proud to be known for our reliability, honesty and commitment to excellence. From the first point of contact to the final handover, we focus on providing a smooth and stress-free experience for every client. Clear communication is at the heart of everything we do, and we always take the time to explain our process and answer any questions.
Every installation and inspection is carried out with precision and care, meeting all current UK electrical safety standards. Our team shares Steve’s philosophy: do the job right, treat every property with respect and always put the client first.
This dedication is what sets Switched On Electrical apart and why so many customers recommend us to friends, family and local businesses throughout Kent and beyond.
